How to join offline

Fill in the form linked below to become a member of the group or to renew your membership. If you would like emails and newsletters sent to individuals then complete one form per person.

There is a $10 membership fee per person per calendar year (no pro-rata or part year discounted fees).

Download, print and complete the membership form and send to:

Please note:

If you are applying for new membership, we will let you know once your application has been considered and approved.
For existing and lapsed members, once you submit this form and pay the $10 fee then your membership is renewed.
Members not residing in the Nambucca Valley are classed as Associate members.
