Scotts Head Leadership Group

Strong governance, authentic relationships and frequent communication are essential for effective community development. As such, during 2024, leaders from all the local Scotts Head organisations and clubs have committed to gathering each quarter.

The next Scotts Head Leaders Meeting will take place on November 10th.

On the agenda:

• Quarterly updates from each leader regarding priorities and focus areas
  
  
• Think together about solutions to our current challenges

SHCG commits to continuing these meetings, ensuring we can be a supportive leadership network for one another, and care for the collective needs of the community more effectively.
