2026 Annual General Meeting Minutes
Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting last week and also stayed on to listen in to our first ordinary committee meeting for 2026. It was great to have such a strong attendance and wonderful to see so many new and old faces. Minutes from both meetings together with attachments are enclosed.
Thank you to our guest speaker Nambucca Valley Councillor David Jones who spoke on the proposed Tree Preservation Order and also Vehicles on Nambucca Valley beaches. It was great to listen to Councillor Jones’ thoughts on these topics and also hear the questions and views of our meeting attendees. The last date for submissions regarding the Tree Preservation Order is 27 February 2026. See below for the link.

We are all looking forward to an exciting 2026 for Scotts Head with both the Master Plan and the new Skatepark scheduled to kick off soon. We are also very happy to report that we already have over 100 members, including 29 new members, which is a fantastic show of support to commence the new year.
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 24 March 2026 @ 6pm, with subsequent meetings held every six (6) weeks throughout the year. See our meeting minutes for dates of other meetings. And remember everyone is welcome to attend.
