Scotts Head Strategic Plan

The Scotts Head Community Group Strategic Plan 2024- 2029 was created to capture an inclusive, long-term sustainable community vision for Scotts Head.

The aim of the Strategic Plan is to identify planning priorities for the village, and to achieve the best outcome for the community by:

  • working together by building productive collaborations and partnerships

  • giving community a voice, by supporting public engagement in issues that affect the community

  • identifying priorities so the SHCG can advocate for funding and actions

The Strategic Plan outlines priorities for the village, challenges and an exciting vision for the future.

It’s well-written and easy to read (and not too long!), so please download it, stay in the loop and make sure you have a say in the future of Scotts Head.

A thriving and interconnected community working together for a resilient and sustainable future

What community members think

“I joined the committee to be involved in creating a strategic plan for Scotts Head. I wanted to help our village articulate that which unites us, rather than focus on the things we fear are changing. I wanted our village to think positively about the future, and take action to realise these dreams.”
